Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ecosystem Partnership Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves identifying, securing, and managing strategic partnerships that can contribute to the growth and success of our projects in the web3 ecosystem.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Strategic Partnership Development:

• Identify and engage with potential partners that align with our project goals.
• Negotiate and close deals with new partners.
• Develop strategies to maximize the value of each partnership.

2. Relationship Management:

• Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing and new partners.
• Regularly communicate with partners to ensure alignment and mutual benefit.
• Resolve any issues and navigate challenges in partnership dynamics.

3. Market Analysis:

• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the web3 space.
• Analyze competitive landscape to inform partnership strategies.

4. Collaboration with Internal Teams:

• Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align partnership goals with company objectives.
• Provide insights and feedback from partners to drive product development and innovation.

5. Reporting & Metrics:

• Track, analyze, and report on partnership performance metrics.
• Present regular updates to senior management on the status and progress of partnerships.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field in the technology or blockchain industry.
• Strong understanding of the blockchain and web3 ecosystem.
• Proven track record of securing and managing successful partnerships.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
