It’s baseline functionality, which will develop over time, is to provide the holder with the ability to become a member of the Diamante Consortium. Diamante has received a no-action letter from FINMA, swiss financial market supervisory authority stating DIAM (Native Digital Asset on Diamante Net) as a utility token exempted from security.
